marc in TS mirror 300x225 When the rush comes...There comes a time, I think, in everyone’s life that the aha! moment comes. The grand design unveiled for a viewing, seen as the blueprint of ones life opens up into the expanse it was meant to be and we finally see it. I postulate that will happen for everyone at some point in this physical journey, whether it is in the last dying breath or at some moment of ones own choosing. I have seen some who, very fearfully faced death, holding on to the physical sense world until the last rasping breath, but in the last moments it was reported that there was peace. I am sure there are many stories such as this in the world today and I share merely to state, there is something more to it than meets the eye…

Letting go of the struggle, means seeing it and choosing something new. Pain and suffering are part of the design in that it creates opportunity… A choice point. Will I allow myself to go any further with this way? Eventually we decide and thus begins a life-long Journey towards a higher truth. Pain is the catalyst, when we see it for that. Otherwise, we mire in it for as long as it takes. Remember now… why you are here. There is another way… Whatever that means for you right now is all that is really important. Strangely enough, right now it is all about you and how you view your world. If you are reading this, then you are on that Journey… seeking the higher Truth.

Freedom comes in that choice, made right now to let go… even if just for a second, one will lead to another and you will come to experience a radical shift in your being. But, what does that mean, let go? Simply, for now… if there is pain or suffering, you are holding onto something that is meant to be free. The truth is, everything we see around us is merely a constant flow of Creation, shifting and changing in form as consciousness dictates. Letting go means we release what we are holding onto, allowing the energy back into All that Is to continue its evolution. Arrrgghhhh! I can hear many, including myself long ago, saying… How do I do that?

Let’s say you go for a morning walk everyday, passing by many you have known and trusted for quite some time. One morning, there is some anger towards your partner as you go out and as you say your first hello’s, the first person looks at you, “Good morning! I must ask, why are you carrying those 50 lb weights in your hands this morning?” You smile, unconvincingly, and continue… every one who passes by you this morning says the same thing and you stop and feel the weight of the anger you are carrying in the story you have been telling about the situation that created it… like the 50 lb weights you have been lugging around on this mornings walk, these feelings also make you feel heavy. From within, deep where the spark is seated, comes.. “let it go…”. Now, think about it for a moment, before you feel this sensation, as the walk continues. How?

Relax now… your arms and the muscles in your hands and those weights drop to the ground. The next step is so much lighter, as you keep walking… you notice the birds, now… the breath of the wind on your face and the next person you meet, says nothing… only the biggest smile you have ever seen! and so it continues. Everyone you see, whether you talk to them or not is beaming light and smiles through bright and shiny faces… That is who you are, seeing your brightness reflected in each passerby… The weights now long behind on the trail, clearly hampering your experience earlier, you sit for a moment and reflect.

Relax my friends, right in the moment that it feels so bad, relax. Relax, relax, relax… There are so many reasons why! From the above example, we can see that it actually does take a greater effort to hold onto something that is creating a density in our thoughts, words and actions. Also, energy doesn’t flow through tension, holding, gripping or any other sensation that creates blocks in the energy systems of the body. We must release the tension and allow the energy to flow.

Pain and suffering is an indication of stress, tension or some other form of block and as the Soul Journey to Consciousness continues we begin to seek out and understand new methods of moving from pain to Joy and from suffering to expansion. I will never forget the cold hard steel gurney with the flimsy vinyl coated foam topped in paper unrolled and crinkling, nor the shivering chill and the FEAR that hovered around me and from me. As the large gauge pierced deep into my spine, alone I was in agony, but motionless from the procedure. I had to relax…

It took years, my friends… an endless quest that has brought me to this place of peace. And now, as it continues to expand and grow the time has come to share in the expansion. To honor the oneness and express the Joy that exists always amidst us… Today, find your Breath, it is your inspiration and access point to a higher experience. Start here, right now and begin. Make it your choosing now and in the next conscious breath, you will begin to feel the difference. One breath consciously inhaled and exhaled will begin the experience, but only if you decide…

Only You Can…

Aho!

Blessings on your path…
